The Inter-American Air Forces Academy (IAAFA) Flight Simulator Maintenance Support

The Inter-American Air Forces Academy (IAAFA) has been training pilots and aviation maintenance personnel from the Latin American region since WWII.

For over 10 years, DataVise has provided total maintenance to ADVANCED AVIATION TRAINING DEVICES (AATD), GTX Digital Glass Cockpit Simulator to include, all preventive maintenance, inspections, cleaning, servicing, lubrication, replacement of parts, troubleshooting, repair, bench check, reassembly, testing, calibration, and operational checks of corrected malfunctions to verify the proper serviceable condition of systems, subsystems, and components.

DataVise Supports the Department of Commerce (DOC) Telephone Switchboard Locator Service

DataVise provides support to perform operation of the Telephone Switchboard Locator Service to the Federal Agencies throughout the Herbert C. Hoover Building (HCHB) in Washington DC.

DataVise provides high-level customer service and performance to ensure that all calls placed to the DOC during normal business hours are answered quickly and efficiently and routed to the correct person or office within the department. DataVise employees perform this work on site, responding to an average of 60,000 calls per year, or approximately 1,250 per month.
